Welcome to F & S Boys Hostel, operated by F & S International.
. These terms tell you how things work here. Please read them before you book a room or move in.
1. Who This Applies To
These Terms and Conditions apply to all users booking or staying at F & S Boys Hostel, operated by F & S International, with its registered office in Rawalpindi, Punjab, Pakistan and principal place of business at Abbasi Street, near Dubai Islamic Bank, Dok Munshi Khan, Rehmanabad, Rawalpindi.
If you book for someone else, make sure they read this too. You take responsibility for them.
2. Booking a Room
When you book with us, you confirm a few things:
- You are 18 years old or above
- You gave us the correct information
- You agree to pay the full amount
If you give us wrong details, we can cancel your booking. We take honesty seriously here.
3. Paying for Your Stay
Pay on time. Simple as that. If you miss a payment, we may cancel your booking. We will always try to reach you first before taking that step.
4. Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-in: 12:00 PM
- Check-out: 11:00 AM
You need to show a valid ID when you arrive. People who show up without ID may face delays at the front desk.
Do you need to check in early or leave a bit later? Just message us before your arrival day. We will see what we can do for you. We cannot always guarantee it, but we always try.
5. Rules of the Hostel
We want every person here to feel safe and respected. These rules exist to protect you and everyone around you.
You must:
- Treat other residents and staff with basic respect
- Keep noise down after 10:00 PM
- Clean up after yourself in shared spaces
- Only bring visitors during approved hours
You must never:
- Smoke inside the building
- Bring alcohol or illegal substances onto the premises
- Threaten, harass, or disrespect other people
People who break these rules will be asked to leave. We do not offer refunds in those cases.
6. Your Personal Belongings
Your stuff is your responsibility. Keep an eye on your things at all times.
We do have security at the hostel. But if something goes missing or gets damaged, F & S Boys Hostel cannot take the blame for it. Keep important items like your phone and documents close to you.
7. If You Damage Something
People sometimes make mistakes. If you damage anything in your room or in the hostel, we will talk to you about it. You will need to cover the repair or replacement cost.
We handle this fairly. We will always speak with you first.
8. Cancellations and Refunds

9. We May Update These Terms
We update these terms when needed. Check this page from time to time so you always know what applies to your stay.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, the use of this website, or services provided by F & S International shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rawalpindi, Punjab, Pakistan.
